DESCRIPTION

A crochet tie-dye hat born under the Yucatán sun—handmade stitch by stitch in 100% organic cotton, then hand-dyed so every piece carries its own unique pattern. Finished with real seashells, placed one by one like little ocean relics caught in the weave.
Created in Mexico with Paraguayan soul, designed in Tulum for the whole world.

WIKA is made to shift with your mood: it features two side grommets so you can snap the brim up for a cowboy look, or wear it brim down for a softer Pamela hat feel. Because it’s handmade and hand-dyed, color and details may vary—no two pieces are ever exactly the same.

Because of the crochet construction and the nature of cotton yarn, the hat may relax and stretch slightly over time for a more natural fit.

CARE

Do not wash or soak. Hats are not meant to be machine washed or submerged—this can distort the shape and soften the structure.

To disinfect:
Lightly mist the inside only with a 50/50 mix of water + white vinegar (from a distance). Let it air dry completely in the shade.
Avoid spraying directly onto the shells.

To clean:
Spot clean only with a soft cloth, cold water, and a tiny bit of mild soap. Dab gently—do not rub the shells.

To store:
Store flat or stuffed with tissue to keep the shape. Avoid humidity and prolonged direct sun.

Around 70% of our artisans work from home, creating in a way that allows them to stay present with their children. In our atelier, we add the final hand customizations and finishing touches to every single piece.
